基于模糊评价在辐照SPF反刍实验动物饲料中的研究

摘要 SPF(无特定病原体)反刍实验动物是生命科学研究领域重要的研究对象,要保证实验动物在试验中具有相近的敏感性、重复性、稳定性,饲养生产和灭菌过程必须做到标准化,降低因个体差异带来的实验误差,这就要求SPF反刍实验动物饲料的理化指标、感官指标、微生物指标具有相应的标准,SPF实验饲料的前提是无菌,这就对灭菌方法和灭菌工艺提出了更高的要求,课题组采用^(60)CO灭菌技术,结合AHP(层次分析法)算法优化权重系数[1],利用模糊评价的方法[2],评价不同辐照工艺辐照后饲料的品质。 SPF experimental ruminant animal is an important research object in the field of life science.It must ensure that the experimental animals have similar sensitivity,repeatability and stability in the experiment.The process of feeding and sterilization must be standardized.Reducing experimental errors caused by individual differences.It’s requires that the physical and chemical indexes,sensory indicators and microbial indicators of SPF ruminant animal feed have corresponding standards.The precondition of SPF experimental feed is aseptic.The sterilization method and sterilization process put forward higher requirements.60CO sterilization technology is used in the project group.Combined with AHP to optimize weight coefficient,fuzzy evaluation method is applied to evaluate the quality of feed after irradiation.
