摘要
通过梳理美国、日本、英国先进国家人工智能战略规划的编制历程和发展脉络,分析其组织和编制架构;通过具体内容的对比分析,研究挖掘各国人工智能发展的影响因素和创新举措。旨在借鉴发达国家制定人工智能战略规划的先进经验,为广东省进一步优化人工智能相关发展规划提供参考,并对广东省加强人工智能产业发展的顶层设计提出几点建议。
By combing the process and development of artificial intelligence(AI)strategic planning in advanced countries such as the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,this paper analyzes the organization and structure concerning AI strategic planning.Through comparative analysis of specific contents,this paper also studies and excavates the influencing factors and innovative measures for development of AI in various countries in order to draw lessons from the advanced experiences of developed countries in formulating AI strategic planning,providing a reference for Guangdong Province to further optimize AI and related development plans.Lastly,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the top-level design of AI industry in Guangdong.
