护理干预对无痛分娩后发生产后尿潴留的效果评价

Effect of nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention after painless labor

目的:探讨护理干预对无痛分娩后发生产后尿潴留的效果。方法:收治无痛分娩患者45例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组22例,研究组23例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用整体护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组留置尿道管率、尿潴留发生率和平均排尿时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理相比,护理干预能降低产后尿潴留的发生率、留置尿道管率和缩短排尿时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention after painless labor.Methods:45 patients with painless labor were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group added with holistic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the rate of indwelling urethral tube,the incidence of urinary retention and the average voiding time were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing,nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention,indwelling urethral tube rate and urination time.
