摘要
建立一种HPLC法同时测定麻杏石甘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及苦杏仁苷含量。使用Waters C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,)色谱柱,样品前处理使用初始流动相稀释,乙腈∶磷酸盐缓冲液梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD),波长采集范围为200~400 nm,记录色谱图波长为210 nm,流速为1 m L/min,进样量为10μL。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.5~200μg (r2=0.9993,R2=0.9997)、苦杏仁苷在5~20 0μg (r2=0.9992)呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为92.16%,92.03%,90.24%(n=6),RSD分别为0.53%,1.08%、3.20%。该方法简单、准确、重复性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
A detection method of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Maxingshigan oral liquid.It was established by HPLC.Samples directly diluted by initial mobile phase.High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Photodiode array detector wavelength range was 200~400 nm,The recorded wave length was 210 nm,The flow rate was 1 mL/min,The injection volume was 10μL.Ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin were linear within the range of 0.5~200μg/mL(r 2=0.9993,r 2=0.9997),and 0.5~200μg/mL(r 2=0.9992)respectively.The recoveries of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdin were 92.16%(RSD=0.53%)and 92.03%(RSD=1.08%)and 90.24%(RSD=3.20%)(n=6),respectively.The method was accurate and simultaneous analysis,which can be provided a reliable way for the quality control Maxingshigan oral liquid.
