天麻钩藤饮加减治疗腔隙性脑梗塞合并高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lacunar infarction and hypertension with Tianma Gouteng Yin

目的:探究天麻钩藤饮加减治疗腔隙性脑梗塞合并高血压的疗效。方法:以2016年1月-2017年12月我院102例腔隙性脑梗塞合并高血压患者作为观察对象,随机将102例患者分为对照组(51例,应用常规西药治疗)、实验组(51例,应用常规西药+天麻钩藤饮加减治疗)。研究对比对照组和实验组患者的肌力评分、头晕症状及血压水平。结果:实验组治疗后肌力评分[(4.11±0.32)分]相比对照组[(3.18±0.25)分]明显更高,且头晕症状评分[(0.32±0.15)分]相比对照组[(1.21±0.20)分]明显更低,P <0.05;实验组患者治疗后舒张压[(80.11±2.32)mmHg]、收缩压[(126.38±4.15)mmHg]相比对照组[(86.32±2.25)mmHg、(136.51±4.20)mmHg]明显更低,P <0.05。结论:对腔隙性脑梗塞合并高血压患者采取天麻钩藤饮治疗的效果较佳。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin(天麻钩藤饮)on lacunar infarction with hypertension.Methods:102 cases were divided into two groups,51 cases for each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the experimental group was given Tianma Gouteng Yin more.Results:After treatment,the muscle strength score in the experimental group was(4.11±0.32),and significantly higher than(3.18±0.25)in the control group.The dizziness symptom score was(0.32±0.15)in the experimental group,and significantly lower than(1.21±0.20)in the control group,P<0.05.The diastolic blood pressure[(80.11±2.32)mmHg]and systolic blood pressure[(126.38±4.15)mmHg]in the experimental group were significantly lower than(86.32±2.25)mmHg and(136.51±4.20)mmHg in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Yin on lacunar infarction with hypertension shows a better effect.
