Discussion on Quality Structure of Intelligence Analyst Under Big Data Environment

[目的/意义]旨在为我国情报分析人才培养提供有价值的参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调研、内容分析、专家咨询等方法,分析学术界和人才市场对情报分析人才素质要求,并借鉴i-School成员目录中8所知名美国院校的情报人才培养目标及国家信息分析人才相关标准,从知识、技能、意识与道德3个维度对情报分析人才素质结构及其内涵进行探讨。[结果/结论]大数据环境下情报分析人才知识维度共包含7项标准;技能维度,意识与道德两个维度都包含6项标准。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for talent training of intelligence analyst in China.[Method/process]Based on literature research,content analysis,expert consultation and other methods,The paper analyzes the academia and talents market requirements to intelligence analyst,discusses intelligence analyst’s quality structure and content from 3 aspects of knowledge,skills,consciousness and morality by learning from intelligence talent training target in 8 famous American universities in i-School member list and relevant standards of national information analyst.[Result/conclusion]The knowledge dimension of intelligence analyst training under big data environment contains seven criteria,skill dimension,consciousness and moral dimension each contains 6 criteria.
