多元化护理干预对小儿头皮静脉穿刺效果的影响

Effect of diversified nursing interventions on scalp venipuncture in children

目的观察多元化护理干预对小儿头皮静脉穿刺效果的影响。方法按穿刺年份将20 040例小儿头皮静脉穿刺患儿分为对照组及干预组,每组10 020例。其中2016年的患儿作为对照组,实施传统的穿刺方法及护理,2017年的患儿作为干预组,开展多元化护理干预,应用多种方式和技巧。比较两组穿刺的成功率和患儿家长的满意度。结果与对照组相比,干预组一次性穿刺成功率明显提高,患儿家长的满意度升高,各种护理不良事件明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理干预能提高小儿头皮静脉一次性穿刺成功率,增加患儿家长的满意度,减少各种护患纠纷,为小儿头皮静脉穿刺技术提供了新思路。

Objective To study the effect of diversified nursing intervention on scalp venipuncture in children.Methods According to the year of puncture,20 040 children with scalp venipuncture were divided into control group and intervention group with 10 020 cases in each group.The children in 2016 were selected as control group to carry out traditional puncture method and nursing care.And the children in 2017 were selected as intervention group to carry out diversified nursing intervention with various methods and skills.And then,the success rate of puncture and parents'satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the success rate of first puncture in the intervention group obviously improved,the satisfaction of the parents increased,and the adverse events of nursing significantly decreased,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention can improve the success rate of first scalp venipuncture in children,increase the satisfaction of their parents,reduce all kinds of nurse-patient disputes,and provide a new idea for the technique of scalp venipuncture in children.
