超声诊断静脉内平滑肌瘤病研究进展

Progresses of ultrasonic diagnosis of intravenous leiomyomatosis

静脉内平滑肌瘤病是罕见的特殊类型平滑肌瘤,为一类具有潜在恶性生物学行为的良性病变,有复发倾向,其病因尚不明确,无典型临床表现,常需通过影像学检查辅助诊断。超声检查有助于判断病变蔓延范围,指导临床手术方式的选择和术后复查。但目前超声受医师主观因素影响较大,诊断准确率尚不理想。本文主要对超声检查在静脉内平滑肌瘤病术前诊断、临床分期及术后复查方面的研究进展进行综述。

Being a benign lesion but with potentially malignant biological behavior,intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare type of leiomyoma,has a tendency to recur.Its cause is not yet clear,and the clinical symptoms are not typical,therefore is often necessary to be diagnosed with imaging examinations.Ultrasound is helpful to displaying the extent of lesion spread and guiding the choice of clinical surgical approach,and regular ultrasound examination should be performed after surgery.However,the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis is not satisfactory,which is greatly influenced by subjective factors.The research progresses of preoperative diagnosis,clinical staging and postoperative reexamination of intravenous leiomyomatosis in recent years were mainly reviewed in this article.
