大型汽油外浮顶罐主动防护系统故障分析及防护

摘要 主动防护系统应用于G209汽油外浮顶罐,满足VOCs治理要求。针对主动防护系统运行过程中频繁出现PLC系统自保断电、油气采集系统报警和干湿涡旋真空泵故障停机等问题进行了分析,研究了发生故障的原因,并提出改进措施,在实际运行中取得了较好效果,为系统升级改造提供了宝贵经验。 Active protection system is applied to G209 gasoline floating roof tank to meet the requirements of VOCs control.In view of the frequent occurrence of PLC system self-protection and power-off,oil and gas acquisition system alarm and dry-wet vortex vacuum pump failure shutdown during the operation of active protection system,the causes of failure are analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed.It has achieved good results in practical operation and provided valuable experience for upgrading and upgrading of the system.
