摘要
针对插接法嫁接过程砧木生长点去除问题,以葫芦苗为研究对象,通过对生长点去除轨迹的分析,设计了一种生长点去除机构,该装置集生长点去除与垃圾回收于一体。利用电机与防回转气缸驱动吸针与切刀动作,保障了吸针与切刀运动的同步性。通过Fluent软件对吸针内部进行流体动力学仿真,计算得到不同速度下吸针对生长点的吸附力,利用正交试验选取最优方案,真空度为1 k Pa,吸管长度为13 mm,吸嘴内径为1. 6 mm的针吸附能力较好。试验结果表明吸针吸附成功率可达99. 2%,无伤苗现象,所选择的吸针针型合理。
In view of the problem of removing the growth point of rootstock in the process of graft with cut-in method,taking gourd seedling as the research object,a kind of growth point removal mechanism was designed by the analysis of the path of the growth point removal.It integrates growth point removal and garbage collection.Using motor and anti-rotary cylinder to drive air needle and cutter action ensures the synchronization between pneumatic needle and cutter movement.Fluent software is used to simulate the fluid dynamics simulation of pneumatic needle,and the adsorption force of the needle on the growth point is calculated at different speeds.Optimal scheme was selected by orthogonal test.The results showed that when the vacuum degree was 1 kPa,the adsorption ability of air needle was better when the length of the suction pipe was 13 mm and the inner diameter of the suction nozzle was 1.6 mm.The test results showed that the success rate of the suction needle reached 99.2%,and there was no injury phenomenon.The selected air needle needle type is reasonable.
