摘要
旨在探讨枯草芽胞杆菌、乳酸菌混合培养物对黄曲霉菌生长及产毒影响。将枯草芽胞杆菌和乳酸杆菌菌种复苏后培养,调整浓度为1×108cfu/mL,将枯草芽胞杆菌和乳酸杆菌按照1∶1比例制成混合培养物。在黄曲霉菌培养过程中分别加入枯草芽胞杆菌、乳酸杆菌和混合培养物3种不同类型益生菌,分别测定3种不同类型益生菌对黄曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率、黄曲霉菌孢子生长抑制率和黄曲霉产毒量抑制效果。结果显示,在培养72h、96h时,混合培养物处理组黄对曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率均高于枯草芽胞杆菌处理组和乳酸杆菌处理,差异显著(P<0.05);在培养6h、18h、24h时,混合培养物处理组对黄曲霉菌孢子的抑制率均高于枯草芽胞杆菌处理组和乳酸菌处理组,差异显著(P<0.05);培养18h、24h时,混合培养物处理组对黄曲霉菌产毒量抑制率与枯草芽胞杆菌处理组、乳酸菌处理组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,枯草芽胞杆菌和乳酸杆菌混合培养物对黄曲霉菌生长及产毒具有明显抑制效果。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of mixed culture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus on the growth and toxin production of Aspergillusflavus.After the recovery of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus strain,the concentration was 1×10 8cfu/mL,and the mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus was made according to 1∶1 ratio.In the process of cultivation of Aspergillusflavus,Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus and mixed cultures of 3 different types of probiotics were added respectively,3 different types of probiotic growth inhibition rate,Aspergillusflavus spore growth inhibition rate and the amount of aflatoxin production inhibitory effect on Aspergillusflavus colonies were determined respectively.The results showed that when cultured 72 h and 96 h,the inhibition rate of mixed culture treatment group to Aspergillus colonies was higher than that of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus treated groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);when cultured 6 h,18 h and 24 h,the inhibition rate of Aspergillusflavus spore in mixed culture treatment group was higher than that in Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus treated groups,with significant difference(P<0.05);when cultured 18 h and 24 h,the inhibition rate of Aspergillusflavus produced by mixed culture group was significantly different from that of Bacillus subtilis treated group and Lactobacillus treated group(P<0.05).In summary,the mixed culture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus has a good inhibitory effect on the growth and toxin production of Aspergillusflavus.
