公共事件网络舆情偏差及影响因素研究述评

Reviews of Determinants of Network Public Opinion Displacement in Public Events

[目的/意义]公共事件网络舆情发生偏差会引发社会恐慌和社会信任危机等问题,但已有研究缺少对公共事件网络舆情偏差影响因素的系统梳理。[方法/过程]以国外Web of Science数据库和国内CNKI数据库收录的核心期刊中关于公共事件网络舆情主题的文献为分析对象,从不同利益相关主体的视角,系统分析了政府、媒体、公众对公共事件网络舆情偏差的影响。[结果/结论]提出了网络舆情偏差的影响因素模型;发现政府部门做好顶层设计、媒体加强自身治理、公众不断提高媒介素养可以有效削弱公共事件网络舆情偏差和降低舆情偏差的负面影响。

[Purpose/Significance]The Displacement of public opinion in public events can cause social panic and social trust crisis,but there is lack of systematic review of the determinants of online public opinion in public events.[Method/Process]This paper makes a statistic analysis about online public opinion of public events which are published in the core journals indexed by Web of Science and CNKI,from perspectives of different stakeholders,this paper systematically analyzes the impact of the government,the media and the public on network public opinion of public events.[Results/Conclusions]We put forward the determinants model of network public opinion displacement based on different stakeholders.It is suggested that the government departments do a good job in the top level design,the media strengthen their own governance,and the public constantly improve the media literacy,which can effectively weaken the negative effects of public opinion displacement and reduce the public opinion displacement of public events.
