摘要
为保障阿美油气站场蓄电池及不间断电源系统(UPS)安全稳定运行,研究阿美规范,并对蓄电池室暖通与给排水系统进行了优化设计。以阿美某工程蓄电池室为例,展示阿美项目与国内相关工程在专业分工、设计标准与理念上的差异,对比并总结阿美抗爆建筑中抗爆阀与爆炸衰减器设置原则。设备选型与布置方面,介绍了采暖、通风与空气调节设备形式、控制与连锁方式,并优化了风道及风机布置,声光报警的应用也是国内油气站场从未出现过的;通风量计算方面,对比国内规范,归纳并提出阿美工程氢气释放量计算法与相关换气次数;给排水方面,介绍洗眼器及配套给水管道相关设计,以及排水部分中地漏给水与中和池的设置。相关标准对比、理念介绍与设计方法的创新可为后续工程提供参考。
In order to guarantee the safe and smooth operation of the battery and Uninterrupted Power(UPS)system in Aramco oil and gas stations,Aramco standards are studied,and the HVAC and water supply and drainage system in the battery room is designed and optimized.Taking a battery room of one Aramco project as an example,the differences in specialization of work,design standards and ideas between Aramo projects and domestic related projects are shown,and the position principles of the anti-exploration valve and the exploration attenuator set up in Aramco anti-exploration structures are compared and summarized.In the aspect of equipment selection and layout,the forms,control and interlock methods of heating,air exhaust and air-conditioning devices are introduced,the air flue and fan layout are optimized,and the application of the audible and visual alarm device is unprecedented in domestic oil and gas stations.In the aspect of ventilation quantity,compared with domestic standards,the volume of hydrogen and related ventilation rate of Aramco projects are concluded and proposed.In the aspect of water supply and drainage,related design of eye bath and supporting water supply and drainage pipelines,and the setting of floor drain water supply and the neutralization pond are introduced.The comparison of relevant standards,introduction of ideas,and innovation of design methods could provide references for follow-up projects.
