摘要
研究了FANUC0iD系统伺服设定方法、伺服系统基本参数的计算及设定。在完成基本参数设定后,进一步研究了伺服系统的优化调整方法,重点介绍了利用伺服软件调整导航器优化调整方法。基于FANUC0iD系统对XK7146数控铣床的X、Y坐标轴进行了优化调整,并测试了X、Y坐标轴的频率响应曲线及X、Y坐标平面的圆弧曲线。通过与标准曲线图形对比,发现经过伺服调整后的机床性能达到较好的优化效果。
The servo setting,the calculation and setting method of the servo system's basic parameters are studied based on the FANUC system.After setting up the basic parameters,the optimal adjustment method of servo system is further studied,and the optimization adjustment method using servo software navigator is mainly introduced.Based on the FANUC0iD system,the X and Y axes of XK7146 NC milling machine are optimized and adjusted,and the frequency response curves of X and Y axes and the arc curves of X and Y coordinate plane are tested.By comparing with the standard curve,it is found that the performance of the machine tool is optimized after servo adjustment.
