摘要
随着大量新能源、电动汽车接入电力系统,以及储能、直流输电等新技术的广泛应用,电力系统面临更加复杂多变的环境特征,需要其具备一定的弹性、灵活性或者柔性。但是,针对电力系统弹性、灵活性和柔性方面的研究还相对较少,甚至概念都不统一。系统地总结了电力系统弹性、灵活性及柔性的相关概念及技术,对比分析了不同概念之间的异同,说明了电力系统的广义柔性是指在系统参数变化情况下系统的可控性和响应能力,是对现有电力系统的弹性、灵活性及传统柔性概念和技术的综合。
With the integration of a large number of new energy and electric vehicles into power system and the widespread application of new technologies such as energy storage and direct current transmission,the power system is facing more complex and changing environmental characteristics,requiring a certain resilience,flexibility or general compliance for it.However,the research on the resilience,flexibility and general compliance of the power system is relatively rare,and even the concepts are not uniform.This paper systematically summarizes the related concepts and technologies of the resilience,flexibility and general compliance in the power system,compares and analyzes the similarities and differences among different concepts,and indicates that the general compliance of the power system is the controllability and responsiveness of the system under the change of system parameters and a synthesis of the concepts and technologies of existing resilience,flexibility and traditional compliance.
