摘要
金融人才培养产学研一体化可供选择的主要模式包括基地模式、实验模式、兼职模式和培训模式。但从现有实践来看,各类模式都存在共有的问题和不利于产学研一体化的障碍。要真正实现一体化,需要多方主体的适应性调整,包括发挥政府主导作用、改变高校传统教学理念、提高金融部门参与度和充分利用协会中介功能等。
The cultivation of financial talents by integrated fields of production,education and research can be categorized major modes as base mode,experiment mode,part-time mode and training mode.But from the existing practices,all kinds of models have common problems and obstacles to the integration of production,education and research.To truly realize integration,it needs adaptive adjustment of multiple subjects,including the government playing a leading role,universities changing the traditional teaching concepts,financial institutions improving the willingness to participate and associations using intermediary functions fully etc.
