摘要 本文提出一种改进型北斗导航射频功率放大器解决方案,提高了射频功率放大器的效率和线性度。运用负载牵引和源牵引相结合的方法设计末级功率放大器,运用功率回退技术设计前置级放大器和驱动级放大器,运用共轭匹配法设计级间匹配电路减少插损。经过理论分析、仿真设计和实物调试,验证了方案的合理性,制作出可应用于北斗导航终端产品的高效率、高线性度、大功率的射频功率放大器。 This paper proposes an improved BeiDou navigation RF power amplifier solution that improves the efficiency and linearity of the RF power amplifier.The final stage power amplifier is designed using a combination of load traction and source traction.The pre-stage amplifier and driver stage amplifier are designed using power back-off technology.The conjugate matching method is used to design the inter-stage matching circuit to reduce the insertion loss.After theoretical analysis,simulation design and physical debugging,the rationality of the scheme was verified,and a high-efficiency,high-linearity,high-power RF power amplifier that can be applied to Beidou navigation terminal products was produced.
