随着生态环境危机问题日趋严峻,生态文明建设被纳入到法制轨道,生态公民的概念被提出来。生态公民是以实现人类可持续发展为基本价值理念,依法享有自然环境权利与自觉履行对自然责任和义务的生态文明建设主体。由于我国社会转型期各种社会因素的复杂性、我国公民生态法律素养不高以及生态法律体系不完善等原因,生态公民的法律信仰培育面临不少问题。建立健全生态法律体系,明确生态公民的权利和义务,同时在汲取传统文化精华中不断提升公民的生态素养和生态法律情感,是生态公民法律信仰培育的路径选择。

As the ecological environment crisis becomes more and more serious,the construction of ecological civilization is brought into the legal system.The concept of ecological citizenship was put forward.Ecological citizen is the main body of ecological civilization construction,which regards the realization of human sustainable development as the basic value concept,enjoying the natural environment rights according to law and conscientiously fulfilling the responsibility and obligation to the nature.The cultivation of legal belief of ecological citizens faces many problems due to the complexity of various social factors in the period of social transformation,the low ecological legal literacy of Chinese citizens and the imperfection of ecological legal system.The paths for their legal belief%s cultivation are establishing and perfecting the ecological legal system,clarifying their rights and obligations,and constantly improving their ecological literacy and the ecological legal emotion in drawing on the essence of traditional culture.
