摘要
从医方、患方、社会等层面入手,探讨分析造成耳鼻咽喉科医生与患者沟通不佳的原因,提出相应可行措施,为临床改善医患沟通现状提供参考。
From the aspects of hospitals,patients,and society,this paper investigates the causes of poor communication between doctors and patients in the otorhinolaryngology department and puts forward corresponding feasible measures to provide reference for clinical improvement of the current situation of doctor-patient communication.
