摘要
目的了解门诊电梯按钮面板污染情况,探讨消毒湿巾擦拭消毒的效果,为有效防控院内交叉感染提供依据。方法 2018年3月6日对我院门诊A区4部电梯的按钮面板表面进行采样。一组未进行擦拭消毒,诊疗结束后采用浸有复方消毒剂中和剂的棉拭子涂抹采样,培养计算菌落总数(CFU/cm2),并检测致病菌。另一组用含消毒湿巾擦拭消毒,自然干燥后用上述同样方法采样,送检,了解消毒前后致病菌检出情况及消毒合格率。结果试验共采集了52份样本,消毒前电梯按钮的达标率仅为23.08%,有9份标本检出大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,其中有3株为MRSA。消毒后电梯按钮面板的消毒合格率达100%,未检出致病菌。消毒后合格率升高,经统计学检验,消毒前后合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.500,P=0.000)。结论门诊电梯按钮面板污染严重,细菌菌落总数严重超标,可能造成耐药菌传播,采用主要成份为0.8%复合双链季铵盐的消毒湿巾擦拭消毒后,能有效去除表面污迹及减少细菌菌落数,消毒质量安全、简便。
Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of Surface Disinfectant towel and bacteria contamination of elevator button panel surface,in order to provide basis for infection control.Methods The surfaces of 4 elevator button panel were sampled,on Tuesday,March 6,2018.One group was not wiped,after the treatment,the samples were smeared with cotton swab with the corresponding neutralizer,the total number of culture colonies(CFU/cm^2)was calculated,and the pathogen was detected.The other group is cleaned with disinfected wipes,and then sampled by the same method after natural drying.The detection and disinfection pass rate of the pathogen were understood.Results Fiftytwo samples were collected.Before disinfection,only 23.08% of elevator buttons reached the standard.9 samples were detected for Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus,of which 3 were MRSA.After disinfection,the qualified rate of disinfection of elevator button panel reached 100%,and no pathogens were detected.The qualified rate increased after disinfection.Statistical test showed that there was significant difference in the qualified rate before and after disinfection(χ^2=32.500,P=0.000).Conclusion The bacterial contamination of elevator button panel of the outpatient is serious,which can cause the spread of drug-resistant bacteria.Disinfection of 0.8% compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt after wiping and disinfection,can effectively clean disinfection multi-drug resistant bacteria colonies,which is an ideal choice for safe and convinient disinfection.
