金银花临床药理作用的研究进展

金银花是临床上较为常用的中药,绿原酸是其主要有效成分,随着医学技术不断发展,更多的成分被提取出来,其主要功效包括清热解毒、疏散风热等,且具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、保肝利胆、抗血小板聚集、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等药理学活性,临床应用广泛,且受到广大患者及医生的认可。本文主要针对金银花的化学成分及临床药理作用进行研究。

Lonicera japonica is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,and chlorogenic acid is its main active ingredient.With the continuous development of medical technology,more components are extracted.Its main functions include heat-clearing and detoxification,evacuation of wind and heat,and it has antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,liver-protecting,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-tumor,immunity-enhancement and other pharmacological activities.Lonicera japonica is widely applied in the clinic and recognized by the patients and doctors.This paper focuses on the chemical constituents and clinical pharmacological action of lonicera japonica.
