摘要
利用软测量对加热炉炉效进行测量,可以有效避免直接测量的不安全性和高费用。燃烧优化控制包括氧量的自动控制,提高主蒸汽压力控制、炉膛负压控制、汽温控制、汽包水位回路等控制的控制性能,通过BP神经网络软测量给出预测锅炉燃烧效率,预测NOX,通过国标炉效公式计算出最佳锅炉燃烧效率。对于不同的锅炉优化的效果不同,针对于本文应用该系统公司的两台锅炉燃烧效率提升了0.6%和0.9%以上。
The soft measurement to measure the efficiency of the furnace can effectively avoid the insecurity and high cost of direct measurement. Combustion optimization control includes automatic control of oxygen,improve the control performance of the main steam pressurcontrol,furnace pressure control,temperature control,drum level control circuit,NOX predicted by BP neural network soft sensor is given to predict the combustion efficiency of boiler,furnace efficiency by GB formula to calculate the optimum combustion efficiency of boiler. For the different results of different boiler optimization,the combustion efficiency of two boilers in this paper has been improved by 0.6% and more than 0.9%.
