摘要
目的探索在PBL(problem based learning)课程结束时,实施小测验对PBL教学效果的影响。方法将广州医科大学第二临床学院2015级125名医学本科学生分为对照组和试验组,提前告知试验组学生PBL课程结束时将会有和课程相关的小测验,观察两组小测验成绩和带教老师给予的课堂表现评分。结果试验组学生在小测验中成绩优于对照组学生,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组学生和对照组学生在小测验用时比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生带教老师给予的课堂表现评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论小测验不仅可以作为PBL课堂的一种可以接受的考察形式,而且还可以作为提高学生学习动力、学习成绩和提升学生课堂表现的一种简单方法。
Objective To explore the effect of quiz on PBL(problem based learning)teaching at the end of the PBL classes.Methods125medical students of the2015grade in The Second Clinical College of Guangzhou Medical University were divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group were informed in advance that there would be a quiz at the end of classes.Results The results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in the elementary test.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the use of primary tests(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the classroom performance scores given by the teachers(P>0.05).Conclusion The quiz can not only be used as an acceptable form of assessment in PBL teaching,but also as a simple method to improve students'achievement and learning motivation.
