传统营销与网络营销双渠道:冲突与化解 被引量:2

摘要 近些年来,互联网技术水平不断提升,信息经济发展日渐加快,越来越多的企业纷纷开始采用网络营销模式,这也是企业营销发展的必然趋势,在这种情况下,现代消费者也就成了双渠道消费者,但就在企业运用网络营销渠道的同时,出现了严重的双渠道冲突。在网络营销模式下,企业如何有效协调并解决双渠道冲突,并实现整体效益最大化,将成为本文重点探讨的问题。
