熔融喷吹法试生产蓝晶石耐火纤维 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索蓝晶石新的应用方向,提高其使用量和附加值,分别以化学组成略有差异的3~#和5~#两种蓝晶石为原料,添加6%(w)的可提高熔体高温黏度、改善熔体成纤性能的硅质外加剂,使用三相电阻炉连熔连吹成纤设备进行了成纤试验;并以试验制得的纤维棉为原料,采用真空吸滤工艺制备了蓝晶石耐火纤维板,按照国家标准检测了纤维棉和纤维板的相关性能。结果表明:1)以3~#蓝晶石和5~#蓝晶石为原料,采用连熔连吹工艺成功试生产的3~#和5~#纤维棉洁白、柔软、蓬松,手感光滑;其渣球含量均为16%(w),纤维直径均≤3. 6μm。2)以3~#和5~#蓝晶石纤维为原料,采用真空吸滤工艺试生产的两种耐火纤维板热导率均较低,在1 000℃保温24 h的烧后线收缩率均小于3%,均可在1 000℃以下安全使用。 In order to explore new application directions of kyanite and improve its utilization and added value,two types of kyanite(3^#and5^#)with slightly different chemical composition were adopted as the starting material,adding6mass%silica based additive to improve the viscosity at high temperatures and the fiber-forming performance of the melt.Trial fiber production was conducted using a three-phase electric resistance furnace equipped with continuous melting and spraying equipment.Then the two kinds of fibers were made into refractory fiber boards by vacuum filtration.The properties of the obtained fibers and the fiber boards were tested according to the corresponding Chinese standards.The results show that(1)white,soft,fluffy and smooth refractory fiber with shot content lower than16mass%and the fiber diameter≤3.6μm could be prepared with kyanite3^#and5^#as the starting material;(2)the two kinds of fibers boards both have low thermal conductivities and their linear shrinkage on heating are both lower than3%,which can serve at temperatures below1000℃.
