摘要
借助AutoCAD内嵌的AutoLISP开发环境,开发一种基于AutoCAD软件的数控车加工程序仿真功能。辅助现有成熟的专业机加程序仿真软件如VERICUT等进行车加工仿真分析。针对一些简单的程序,此功能可以弥补VERICUT等软件不能沿任意方向测量残留与过切量的缺陷,同时对于工况不复杂,不需要严格检查碰撞的程序,此功能可以直接在CAD图上进行数控程序仿真,避免繁杂的后置处理。当需要微调程序时,无需在UG等CAM软件上重新生成程序,直接利用开发功能的采点命令将坐标点直接转化为数控程序语言,达到快速更改程序的目的。
A function for NC process simulation is developed based on AutoLISP.The function can make up the defficiency of the simulation software VERICUT,that this software can not be used to measure the gaps between tool trajectories and workpiece in all directions;meanwhile,the function can be directly used to do the NC simple process simulation without strict collision check program on AutoCAD,thus avoiding complex post processing.When the NC program needs fine adjustment,the point collecting method is used to pick points on the part drawing and transfer the points into NC program segment automaticually.
