摘要
双馈风力发电机作为风力发电机的主要发电机机型之一,在其安装过程中需在其底座处选择不同刚度的弹性支撑,以减少发电机振动对整个风力发电机塔体的影响。利用有限元分析软件,在选择不同刚度弹性支撑后,对风力发电机进行模态仿真分析,通过对比不同刚度下发电机振型及频率,提出弹性支撑的选择方法及发电机结构的优化方向。
Doubly-fed wind turbine for wind generator is used as one of main equipment.In the process of its installation,the different stiffness of elastic support is chosen on its base to reduce the influence of the generator vibration on the whole wind turbine tower body.This paper uses finite element analysis software to do the modal simulation analysis after choosing and by comparing the vibration mode and frequency of the motor with the different stiffness,puts forward its selection method and the direction of optimizing the generator structure.
