摘要 田园综合体是乡村生产、生活、生态现代化的新型发展平台,对于助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。但是随着当前社会经济的快速发展,田园综合体在建设过程中呈现能源资源浪费的现象,常此以往将降低建设水平,因此,对田园综合体的可持续研究迫在眉睫。近几年,节能环保技术迅速发展且趋向成熟,衍生出的节能环保材料运用于各个行业,是有效解决资源能源紧缺、实现可持续发展的重要策略。本研究以田园综合体的深度践行者——南京市溪田田园综合体为例,从前期总体规划、中期建设施工和后期运营管理三个阶段详细介绍了节能环保技术在田园综合体建设总过程中的运用,实现新技术、新材料、新思想与田园综合体建设的深度融合,为将来田园综合体节能环保建设与升级改造提供参考依据。 The idyllic complex is a new development platform for rural production,life and ecological modernization,which is of great significance for the promotion of rural revitalization.However,with the rapid development of the current social economy,the pastoral complex presents a waste of energy resources in the construction process,which often reduces the level of construction in the past.Therefore,the sustainable research on the rural complex is extremely urgent.In recent years,energy-saving and environmentally-friendly technologies have developed rapidly and matured.The energy-saving and environmentally-friendly materials derived from them have been used in various industries.It is an important strategy to effectively solve the shortage of resources and energy and achieve sustainable development.This study takes the deep practice of the idyllic complex,Nanjing Xitian Rural Complex as an example,from the three stages of pre-planning,medium-term construction and postoperation management,detailing the construction of energy-saving and environmental protection technology in the pastoral complex.The application in the process will realize the deep integration of new technologies,new materials,new ideas and the construction of rural complexes,and provide reference for future energy-saving environmental protection construction and upgrading of rural complexes.
