肾内科抗菌药物使用情况评价

Evaluation and analysis on antibacterial drug use in Department of Nephrology

目的评价某院肾内科抗菌药物使用情况,促进临床抗菌药物的合理使用。方法回顾性分析肾内科2017年1月～3月住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,包括抗菌药物的使用率、使用品种、使用合理性和病原学送检率等。结果收治的541例患者中,129例患者使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为23.84%,其中治疗性用药104例,预防性用药25例;抗菌药物使用率较高的为头孢菌素类和氟喹诺酮类,分别占56.38%(106/188)、35.64%(67/188);抗菌药物不合理使用率为29.46%(38/129);病原学送检率为21.15%(22/104)。结论肾内科抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍存在一系列问题,临床药师应发挥专业特长,促进抗菌药物合理有效地使用。

Objective To evaluate the use of antibacterial drugs in Department of Nephrology and promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods Collect related statistics of inpatients treated by antibacterial drugs in the Department of Nephrology during the first quarter of 2017,including the use of antimicrobial drugs,the use of varieties,rational use and pathogenic detection rate.Results The use rate of antibiotics was 23.84%;104 cases were for treatment and 25 cases were for prevention;a higher usage rate for cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones,accounted for 56.38%(106/188),35.64%(67/188)respectively;the reasonable use rate was 29.46%(38/129);the pathogenic detection rate was 21.15%(22/104).Conclusion The application of antibacterial drugs in the Department of Nephrology was basically rational,but there were still a series of problems.Clinical pharmacists should give full play to their specialty to promote the rational and effective use of antimicrobial agents.
