废铅蓄电池湿法冶炼污染控制可行技术分析

摘要 近年来,我国再生铅产量不断增加,从2002年到2017年期间,增长了10倍之多,占铅总产量的45%左右。随着资源和环境压力的不断提升,带动有色金属再生利用的快速发展,再生铅生产以及消费规模持续扩大,产业比重不断提升,技术水平持续提升。金属循环利用作为缓解资源短缺的重要手段,加之回收再利用技术的支持,使得再生金属产业成为我国有色金属工业的一个重要分支。从废铅酸蓄电池湿法冶炼实际来说,现行的工艺方法,多数存在着生产污染问题,影响着铅回收利用的效益,因此深度分析此课题,提出有效的控制技术手段,有着重要的意义。针对废铅酸蓄电池湿法冶炼污染控制可行技术,进行简单的论述,提出了应用清洁技术手段,进行铅回收再利用生产,减少冶炼污染的发生,能够获得不错的效果。首先,分析了铅酸蓄电池生产以及湿法冶炼过程中的污染问题。其次,总结了几类废铅酸蓄电池湿法冶炼污染控制可行技术。最后,提出了强化冶炼污染控制的技术性措施。 In recent years,the output of recycled lead in China has been increasing.From 2002 to 2017,it has increased by 10 times,and the proportion of total lead production has increased to about 45%.With the continuous improvement of resources and environmental pressures,the rapid development of non-ferrous metal recycling and utilization,the production of recycled lead and the scale of consumption continue to expand,the proportion of industry continues to increase,the technical level continues to improve,and metal recycling is an important means of alleviating resource shortages.Coupled with the support of recycling technology,the recycled metal industry has become an important branch of China's non-ferrous metal industry.From the actual practice of waste leadacid battery wet smelting,most of the current process methods have production pollution problems,which affect the benefits of lead recycling.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze this topic in depth and propose effective control techniques.Aiming at the feasible technology of wet smelting pollution control of waste lead-acid battery,a simple discussion is made,and the application of clean technology means to lead recycling and reuse production to reduce the occurrence of smelting pollution can be achieved.First,the pollution problems in the production of lead-acid batteries and in the wet smelting process were analyzed.Secondly,the feasible techniques for wet smelting pollution control of several types of waste lead-acid batteries are summarized.Finally,technical measures to strengthen pollution control in smelting are proposed.
