应用型高校“产教融合”人才培养模式的思政教育优化措施探析

Analysis on the Optimization Measures of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Teaching Mode of“Working Integrated Learning”

随着我国产业结构的不断调整和转型升级,高等职业教育改革不断推进,应用型高校采用了"产教融合"的模式。以"产教融合"为背景,以思想政治教育为视点,对校企融合过程中思想政治教育的理念和内容、师资队伍、管理过程、教学方式等方面进行问卷调查,以求发现其存在的问题。同时,借鉴国外的成功经验和国内的优秀案例,结合地区实际情况,提出更新教育理念、改进教学方式、加强师资队伍建设、优化管理过程等具体措施和建议。

Higher vocational education reforming has been promoted with the continuous adjustment,transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure,and applied colleges have adopted the model of"Working Integrated Learning"Based on the background of Working Integrated Learningw and taking the view of ideological and political education,the paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the concept and content of ideological and political education,the teaching staff,the management process,and the teaching methods in the process of integration of school and enterprise in order to discover its problems.At the same time,with reference to the successful experience of foreign countries and the outstanding cases of domestic countries as well as the actual situation in the region,the paper put forwards specific measures and suggestions to update the education concept,improve the teaching model,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and optimize the management process.
