Postoperative pain influences perioperative experience, postoperative rehabilitation and long-term prognosis of patients. Comprehensive postoperative pain management can promote perioperative quality of life, functional recovery and reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse complications. At present, there are still some problems in postoperative pain management in China, such as irregular analgesia, single analgesia mode and poor patients' perioperative analgesia satisfaction. Recently, multi-modal analgesia has gradually become the core of perioperative pain management. Based on the concept of multi-mode analgesia, it is an urgent problem for anesthesiologists to further improve the drug intervention strategy, further strengthen the application of nerve block and epidural analgesia technology, and further enhance the satisfaction of patients with postoperative pain management. Based on the review of the current situation of postoperative pain management in China, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve postoperative pain management, so as to improve perioperative pain management level and quality.
