小儿头皮静脉穿刺固定带在护理中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Scalp Venous Puncture Fixation in Nursing

目的分析小儿头皮静脉穿刺固定带在护理中的应用效果。方法将2016年8月～2017年8月本院收治的60例行头皮穿刺的患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30例),给予对照组患儿常规的护理干预,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上利用固定带辅助穿刺,比较两组患儿穿刺的各项指标及护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿穿刺总成功率更高(P <0.05),且患儿的穿刺护理各项指标优于对照组(P <0.05)。另外,观察组患儿穿刺时间比对照组低,患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将固定带应用于小儿头皮静脉穿刺护理中,能够提高患儿穿刺成功率,缓解患儿穿刺的恐惧感、疼痛感及不适感,缩短穿刺时间,提高患儿家属护理满意度。因此,固定带在小儿头皮穿刺护理中应得到临床应用,以此为提高患儿治疗效果奠定良好基础。

Objective To analyze the application effect of scalp venipuncture in nursing. Methods Sixty children with scalp puncture who were enrolled in Children’s Hospital of Affiliated to Zhengzhou University, Children’s Hospital of Henan Province, Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomLy divided into control group(30 cases). The observation group(30 cases) was given routine nursing interventions for the control group. The observation group children were assisted with puncture using a fixed band on the basis of routine care. The indexes and nursing effects of the puncture were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total puncture power in the observation group was higher(P<0.05), and the indexes of puncture care in the children were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the puncture time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of a fixed band in pediatric scalp venipuncture care can improve the puncture success rate of children, relieve the phobia, pain and discomfort of the puncture, shorten the puncture time, and improve the satisfaction of the children’s family care. Therefore, the fixation strap should be popularized and applied in pediatric scalp puncture care, so as to lay a good foundation for improving the treatment effect of children.
