地佐辛或芬太尼联合丙泊酚在结肠镜肠息肉切除术麻醉中的疗效评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究在结肠镜肠息肉切除术麻醉中,应用地佐辛或芬太尼联合丙泊酚的疗效。方法选取2016年2月~2018年2月50例拟行结肠镜肠息肉切除术的患者作为本次研究对象,按随机性原则分为对照组(芬太尼联合丙泊酚)和观察组(地佐辛联合丙泊酚);分别采用不同方式进行麻醉后,观察两组麻醉苏醒时间、不良反应发生率以及肾上腺素水平、心率、平均动脉压等水平。结果两组麻醉诱导时间、麻醉苏醒时间均相近,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(36.00%),显著低于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.116,P<0.05);且观察组各项指标受影响小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合丙泊酚在结肠镜肠息肉切除术麻醉中的效果好于芬太尼,值得推广。 Objective To explore the curative effect of dezocine or fentanyl combined with propofol in anesthesia of intestinal polypectomy under colonoscopy.Methods 50 patients underwent intestinal polypectomy under colonoscopy from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random principle,they were divided into the control group(fentanyl combined propofol)and the observation group(dezocine combined propofol).After anesthesia by adopting different methods,the anesthesia recovery time,incidence of adverse reactions and the level of adrenaline,heart rate,mean arterial pressure of two groups were observed.Results The anesthesia induction time and anesthesia recovery time of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 36.00%,significantly lower than that of the control group 76.00%,(P<0.05,χ^2=8.116).The effects on every index in the observation group were less than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dezocine combined with propofol in anesthesia of intestinal polypectomy under colonoscopy is better than fentanyl,which is worth promoting.
