摘要
目的:为满足装甲装备内伤员的顺利搬出及搬出过程中保护伤员的要求,研制一种装甲装备内伤员吊运装具。方法:分析装甲装备内伤员的伤情特点及搬出难点,从提高装具的适用性,解决伤员搬出难的问题,避免伤员二次损伤,缩小装具体积、便于携带,增加安全性,便于快速展开和撤收,增加装具耐高温性能等方面进行设计。该装具包括支撑杆组件和担架2个部分,其中支撑杆组件由支撑杆、滑轮、担架卡钩、手摇装置、钢丝绳组成,主要材质为铝合金;担架由框架和帆布组成,主要由铝合金和高强度阻燃布制作。结果:该装具很好地解决了装甲装备内乘员负伤后搬出难的问题,有效提高了装甲装备内伤员的救治效率。结论:该装具具有质量轻、折叠后体积小、展开/撤收迅速等优点,能一次性完成伤员的搬出与转运,避免二次损伤,为保障打赢提供了强有力的支撑。
Objective To develop a casualty sling inside the armored vehicle to transfer the casualty from the vehicle.Methods Analyses were executed on the characteristics of the casualty inside the armored vehicle and the difficulty for transferring the casualty.The sling was designed with considerations on the suitability,difficulty,avoiding secondary damage,decreased size,portability,safety,rapid deployment and withdrawal,thermostabilty and etc,which was composed of a support assembly and a stretcher.The supporting component consisted of a support rod,a pulley,a stretcher hook,a hand crank and a wire rope,and the stretcher was made up of an aluminum alloy frame and high-strength flame-retardant canvas.Results The sling functioned well when used to rescue the casualty inside the armored vehicle.Conclusion The sling gains advantages in weight,size,deployment and withdrawal,and can avoid secondary damage by transferring the casualty in one time.
