摘要
在企业人力资源管理动态能力提升中,存在缺乏基于企业发展战略下的人力资源规划目标管理、缺乏基于复杂环境下的人力资源柔性管理功能、缺乏基于系统思维下的人力资源综合知识应用、缺乏基于内外统筹下的人力资源整合管理能力、缺乏基于"第一资源"下的员工培训管理体系等问题。因此要在健全动态能力功能,明确改进主要内容的前提下,通过制定与企业发展战略相匹配的人力资源规划、构建企业人力资源柔性管理机制、建立科学的人力资源动态能力培训体系、加强企业人力资源动态能力提升考核、优化企业人力资源动态能力提升激励约束机制等措施来促进企业人力资源管理动态能力的提升。
In the process of elevating human resource management dynamic capabilities in Enterprises,some problems exist:lack of human resource MBO based on corporate development strategy,flexible management function in human resource based on sophisticated environment,R&D comprehensive knowledge application based on systematic thinking,human resource MBI abilities based on overall planning,employee training management system based on"First Resources".Therefore,in order to promote an escalation of human resource management dynamic capabilities in companies,we have to accordingly make measures:making human resource planning matching with corporate development strategy,build up flexible management system,construct scientific human resource management dynamic abilities training system,perfect promotion evaluation system on human resource management dynamic abilities,optimize related incentive and restraint mechanism,etc.
