摘要
"分享"是心理健康课的重要一环,为了探索如何有效分享,设计将"分享"技术运用于心里健康课课堂,设置主题,引导分享,及时整合。通过对实施效果的调查,得出分享可以促进学生更深入地学习心理学知识,改变固有观点,解决实际心理学问题;可以有效促进学生的人际交往能力,改善学生调节情绪的能力,增强自信。
“Sharing” is an important part in the mental health course.To find out how to share efficiently,the paper designs ways to apply the sharing skills to the course teaching and based on the result,it concludes that sharing enables the college students to gain a deeper insight into psychology to solve the psychological problems and improve their interpersonal skills and skills to manage the mood and enhance the confidence.
