标准化病人临床情境模拟院内糖尿病同质化护理应用

Application of Simulated Hospital Diabetes Homogeneous Nursing in Standardized Patient Clinical Situation

目的探讨应用标准化病人(SP)临床情景模拟模式在院内糖尿病同质化护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1—12月参加糖尿病小组培训的各病区联络护士共计102人为对照组,2017年1—12月参加糖尿病小组培训的各病区联络护士102人为观察组。对照组采用传统培训方法进行理论与操作培训;观察组在对照组基础上,采用SP临床情景模拟模式进行理论及操作培训,比较两组联络护士糖尿病理论及操作考核结果、联络护士对两种培训方式的满意度、非内分泌科糖尿病护理质量达标率及糖尿病患者健康教育知晓率。结果观察组联络护士的糖尿病理论及操作考核结果、联络护士对两种培训方式的满意度、非内分泌科糖尿病护理质量达标率及糖尿病患者健康教育知晓率均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论标准化病人临床情景模拟模式能提高全院糖尿病护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of the standardized patient(SP) clinical scenario simulation model in the in-hospital diabetes homogenization nursing. Methods 102 district contact nurses who participated in the diabetes group training from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group, and 102 district contact nurses who participated in the diabetes group training from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group. Control group used the traditional training methods of theory and operation training, observation group in the control group on the basis of the SP clinical scenario simulation model theory and operation training, compare two sets of contact theory and operation assessment results, contact the nurse diabetes for two types of training satisfaction, endocrinologist quality success rate of diabetes care and health education for patients with diabetes. Results The diabetes theory and operation assessment results of the contact nurses in the observation group, the satisfaction of the contact nurses with the two training methods, the qualified rate of diabetes care in the non-endocrinology department and the education awareness rate of the diabetes patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized clinical situation simulation model of patients can improve the quality of diabetes care in the hospital.
