摘要
对比现浇式建筑,装配式建筑因其更利于构件材料的回收,所以针对拆除阶段而言,BIM技术将会给装配式建筑带来更大的效用,因而更需要BIM的参与,而这一部分的研究却甚少。因此,研究BIM技术在装配式建筑拆除阶段的应用具有重要的理论及实际意义。基于BIM技术的优势,结合装配式建筑特点,研究探讨了BIM技术在拆除阶段可能应用点的基础理论,为达到BIM与装配式建筑的完美结合,提供了有价值的参考,实现BIM技术在装配式建筑中的效益最大化。
Compared with cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings are more conducive to the recovery of component materials.Therefore,in the demolition phase,BIM will bring more utility compared with prefabricated buildings.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the application of BIM in the stage of prefabricated building demolition.Based on the advantages of BIM and the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,this paper discusses the possible application of BIM in the demolition phase,and provides a valuable reference for the perfect combination of BIM with prefabricated buildings,maximizing the benefits of BIM in prefabricated buildings.
