摘要
温室气体的排放,对环境造成了严重的破坏,碳排放受到了约束,在碳限额与碳交易约束下,制造商面临着通过再制造或低碳减排技术来减少碳排放。通过建立二元生产决策模型,在碳价交易政策下,基于再制造成本节约和每个再制造产品的碳排放节约,同时可以在碳交易市场上进行配额买卖,对于不同的产品,存在合理的再制造生产策略;制造商也可以通过低碳排放技术投资降低碳排放,并选择生产决策,抵消负面经济影响。此外,政府可以通过选择合理的碳价来刺激制造商对碳排放减少技术和再制造同时进行投资。
Greenhouse gas emissions have caused serious damage to the environment, carbon emissions are constrained, under the carbon quota and carbon trading constraints, manufacturers are facing to reduce carbon emissions through remanufacturing or lowcarbon emission reduction technology. Based on the cost savings of remanufacturing and the carbon emission savings of each remanufactured product under the carbon price trading policy, a dualistic production decision-making model is established. At the same time, quota trading can be carried out in the carbon trading market. For different products, there is a reasonable remanufacturing production strategy. Manufacturers can also adopt low carbon emission technology. Investment reduces carbon emissions and chooses production decisions to counteract negative economic impacts. In addition, the government can stimulate manufacturers to invest in both carbon reduction and remanufacturing by choosing a reasonable carbon price.
