Simultaneous determination of seven constituents in Ditan Pills by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定涤痰丸(牵牛子、大黄、黄芩)中没食子酸、儿茶素、咖啡酸、大黄酸、大黄素、阿魏酸、黄芩苷的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0. 1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1. 0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长254、278、320 nm。结果 7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r> 0. 999 5),平均加样回收率98. 74%～100. 95%,RSD0. 86%～1. 84%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于涤痰丸的质量控制。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,catechin, caffeic acid,rhein,emodin,ferulic acid and baicalin in Ditan Pills ( Pharbitidis Semen,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix). METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1. 0 mL /min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 245,320,278 nm. RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges ( r > 0. 9995),whose average recoveries were 98. 74%- 100. 95% with the RSDs of 0. 86%-1. 84%. CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Ditan Pills.
