10kV配电柜继电保护装置设计

摘要 传统10 kV配电开关柜操作机构大部分采用负荷开关和熔断器,不装设断路器和继电保护装置,因此当发生短路故障时,只能靠熔断器熔断来保护变压器。这种配置的缺点严重影响到整个配电系统的正常运行且操作不方便。文中采用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件,对线网、电动机以及变压器常见故障特征量进行辨识与研究,通过故障波形进行分析,并以保护理论原理与问题相结合,设计出对应的保护方案;提出AT89C51单片机与TMS320LF2407 DSP芯片协调工作的硬件电路,结合数学算法以及编程技术并设计出实时综保系统,实现对供电相关用电设备的有效保护,保护配电网安全运行。 Most of the traditional 10 kV distribution switchgear operating mechanisms use load switches and fuses,and do not install circuit breakers and relay protection devices.Therefore,when a short-circuit fault occurs,the fuse can only be protected by fuses.The shortcomings of this configuration seriously affect the normal operation of the entire power distribution system and the inconvenience of operation.In this paper,MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software is used to identify and study the common fault characteristics of wire network,motor and transformer,analyze the fault waveform,and combine the protection theory principle with the problem to design the corresponding protection scheme.The hardware circuit of AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer and TMS320LF2407 DSP chip is proposed.The mathematical algorithm and programming technology are combined to design a real-time comprehensive security system to realize effective protection of power supply-related power equipment and protect the safe operation of distribution network.
