本文旨在分析配网10kV断路器应用运维问题,以及提出一种优化保护测控装置安装方案,并解决应用过程中实际存在的问题。文中所列举的问题,仅为设备运维问题中的一部分,未能将所有问题一一列举。所提出的设计方案,也仅为解决问题的其中一种方式。希望能提高10kV断路器的应用范围及其技术效率和实用性。

This dissertation aims at analyzing the operation and maintenance problems of 10 kV Circuit breaker switch cabinet in Power distribution network, and proposes an improved installation method of Protective measurement and control devices, to solve the actual problems in the application process. Problems listed in this dissertation, is just one part of the equipment operational problems, has not been able to enumerate all the issues. The proposed design method, also is one way to solve the problem. Hope to expanded scope of 10 kV circuit breaker, and improve the technical efficiency and practicability.
