预防深静脉血栓的小型经皮神经电刺激系统 被引量:5

摘要 为了有效预防深静脉血栓,设计并开发了一款小型电刺激仪器。输出电流强度为10、20、30、40mA,脉冲宽度为100、300、500μs。采用PIC12F675为主控芯片,结合自举升压电路,输出控制电路,银浆薄膜和导电水凝胶。通过电刺激腓总神经,使小腿肌肉主动收缩,挤压静脉血管,进而促进血液回流,预防深静脉血栓。实验结果表明,与静息状态相比,12组刺激强度中有10组存在显著性差异(P <0. 05);与足背屈状态相比,有4组存在显著性差异(P <0. 05),有1组数据VAS评分结果为重度不适,7组数据为中度不适。该小型电刺激仪器可使下肢腘静脉峰值血流速度最大提高7. 97倍。对静脉回流加速效果明显。 Deep vein thrombosis is a common peripheral vascular disease.In order to prevent deep vein thrombosis effectively,a small electrical stimulation instrument was designed and developed.The output current intensity was 10 mA,20 mA,30 mA,40 mA;the pulse width was 100μs,300μs,500μs.PIC12F675 was used as the main control chip,combined with bootstrap boost circuit,output control circuit,silver paste film and conductive hydrogel.By electrically stimulating the common peroneal nerve,the calf muscles contracted actively,squeezed the veins,thereby promoting blood flow and preventing deep vein thrombosis.The results showed that compared with resting state,there were significant differences in 10 groups of 12 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the dorsiflexion of foot,there were significant differences in 4 groups(P<0.05).There were 1 groups of data VAS scores for severe discomfort and 7 groups of moderate discomfort.The instrument can increase the peak blood flow velocity of the popliteal vein of the lower limbs by 7.97 times.The effect of accelerating the venous reflux is obvious.
