摘要
包装饮用水的微生物安全性已越来越受到广泛的重视,虽然厂家生产出了合格的产品,但产品在流通及仓储过程中可能遭遇二次污染的情况。该文通过模拟实验,将瓶装水经过含铜绿假单胞菌的菌悬液浸泡、喷淋、恶劣仓储环境等不同情况处理后,定期抽样进行检测,评估瓶装水在流通及仓储环节受铜绿假单胞菌污染的风险程度。研究结果表明,瓶装水在接触含有铜绿假单胞菌的污水或储存于空间含有铜绿假单胞菌的环境中,被污染的风险较高。
The microbial safety of packaged drinking water has been received more and more attention. Although manufacturers produce the qualified product,the product may encounter secondary pollution in the process of circulation and storage. In this simulation experiment,samples were treated by soaking,spraying,and bad storage environment with the bacteria suspension containing Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and then detected regularly. In this way,the risk of bottled water contaminated by P. aeruginosa was evaluated. The results showed that bottled water had a high risk of being polluted after direct or indirect contact with P. aeruginosa.
