摘要
拉伸性能是管线钢最重要的力学性能指标之一,测试结果的准确性至关重要。从取样方向、取样位置、取样方式、试样平直度、试验操作、试验速率、数据处理等方面分析了影响因素对结果的影响,有助于指导产品检测与验收,提高检测结果的准确性和可重复性。
The tensile property is one of the most important mechanical properties of pipeline steel,the accuracy of test results is very important. The factors influencing the tension test of pipeline steel are analyzed from the aspects of sampling direction,sampling position,sampling methods,sample straightness,experimental operation,tensile rate and data processing rate,etc. The above doings can help to guide the inspection and acceptance of the product,and improve the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.
