摘要 建立考虑散热的柴油微粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)模型,对比相关热参数(表面换热系数、壳体厚度和环境温度)对DPF再生过程最高温度和最低温度的影响。从实现DPF热管理角度,对将液体强制冷却应用于该过程进行研究。研究结果表明,在各热参数的取值范围内,改变壳体厚度、表面换热系数以及环境温度对DPF热再生过程影响不大;而采用发动机冷却液对DPF进行强制冷却,选择合适的表面换热系数对DPF热再生过程影响显著。 The DPF(diesel particulate filter)model is built with consideration of heat dissipation.The influence of some relevant thermal parameters(surface heat transfer coefficient,shell thickness and environmental temperature)on the maximum and minimum temperature in DPF regeneration process has been compared.From the angle of the DPF thermal management,the application of the forced convection cooling method to this process is studied.The results show that in the normal range of the thermal parameters,the change of shell thickness,surface heat transfer coefficient and ambient temperature have little influence on the process of DPF thermal regeneration,and when the engine coolant is used to carry out the forced cooling of DPF,the selection of suitable surface heat transfer coefficient has a significant impact on the process of DPF thermal regeneration.
