穴位埋线联合肛周皮下末梢神经离断术治疗慢性肛门湿疹的临床研究

Clinical study of acupoint catgut embedding combined with perianal subcutaneous nerve dissection in the treatment of chronic anal eczema

目的:探讨穴位埋线联合肛周皮下末梢神经离断术治疗慢性肛门湿疹的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性肛周湿疹患者90例,随机分为两组,每组各45例,对照组给予肛周皮下神经末梢离断术,观察组采用穴位埋线联合肛周皮下末梢神经离断术治疗。结果:经过治疗,观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的84.4%;观察组治疗6个月和治疗12个月的复发率分别为2.2%和13.3%,明显低于对照组的13.3%和37.7%;经治疗后7 d、10 d、14 d、21 d,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合肛周皮下末梢神经离断术治疗慢性肛门湿疹疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with perianal subcutaneous nerve dissection in the treatment of chronic anal eczema.Methods:90 patients with chronic perianal eczema were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the control group was treated with perianal hypodermic peripheral nerve amputation,while the observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with perianal hypodermic peripheral nerve amputation.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0% higher than that of the control group(84.4%).The recurrence rates of 6 months and 12 months in the observation group were 2.2% and 13.3% respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(13.3% and 37.7%).At 7 d,10 d,14 d,and 21 d after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with perianal hypodermic peripheral nerve amputation is effective in the treatment of chronic anal eczema with low recurrence rate.
