Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of surgical treatment of patients with gallbladder cancer with different doses of anesthetic( sufentanyl). Methods 160 patients who underwent surgery to treat gallbladder cancer during the period were divided into observation group( 80 cases) and control group( 80 cases) according to the sufentanyl dosage. The observation group and control group were given sufentanyl as 0.15 g/kg and 0.20 g/kg through intravenous a Dministration. The efficacy, waking time, complications and analgesic and sedative scores of 1 h,4 h and 12 h were compared between the groups. Results The total efficiency of the two groups was not statistically significant( P > 0.05).The wake time of the observation group( 10.91 ± 1.94) minutes was lower than the control group( 14.42 ± 2.13) minutes, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05);The sedation score of 1 h,4 h and 12 h and the analgesic score of 1 hour and 4 hour of the observation group were significantly different from that of the control group( P < 0.05),the analgesic score of 12 hour showed no statistical significance compared with the control group( P > 0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion The postoperative anesthetic effect of patients with gallbladder cancer who given sufentanyl with 0.15 g/kg was significantly better than 0.20 g/kg.
