摘要
借助建立钢管的传热方程、边界条件和求解方法,得出了钢管空冷数值计算模型,通过试验室内钢管空冷过程中温度的实际测量对计算模型进行了校验。运用Borland Delphi 7.0编程开发出相应的应用软件,以辅助技术人员和研发人员进行工艺分析和产品研发。
Simulation mathematical model for pipe in air cooling is obtained through establishing heat transfer equation,boundary conditions and solution method.And the mathematical model is calibrated based on actual temperature measurement of a pipe in laboratory.Also the corresponding application software is developed by Borland Delphi 7.0 to help research and development personnel with process analysis and product development.
